CURRENT JOB ACTIONS

Job Action: MCEA members in a show of unity are to refuse all voluntary overtime.

Purpose: This is an opportunity for MCEA members who do have overtime to acknowledge and be equal with the many MCEA members who are not given overtime.

Goal: To obtain wages in a 40 hour work week equal to the Cost of Living.
