Letter of Agreement in summary:
•32 unpaid furlough hours during the remainder of Fiscal Year 2008-2009 by payroll deduction of 4.57 hours in each of the seven (7) pay periods between March 17, 2009, and June 30, 2009;

•A Retirement Incentive Program payment of the number of completed years of City service multiplied by the employee’s base hourly rate multiplied by 40 hours, to a maximum $30,000, to each employee who voluntarily retires from the City between April 15, 2009, and June 1, 2009;

•A Voluntary Separation Program payment of the number of completed years of City service multiplied by the employee’s base hourly rate multiplied by 40 hours, to a maximum $30,000, to each employee with at least five (5) years of continuous City service who voluntarily separates from the City; and

•A Severance Package Upon Layoff payment of the employee’s base hourly rate multiplied by between 160 hours and 320 hours based upon years of service
